Joanne Galbrecht

Office Manager

It's exciting to be a key part of a progressive, leading edge practice. It's one of my jobs though to make sure that you're comfortable being here and feel welcomed. We know the technology can be overwhelming for some patients.

If you have any suggestions to help us reach our goal of - 'patients first - always!' - please let me know!

Joanne is the mother of Dr. Galbrecht and is the catch all in the practice. Joanne received her Bachelors of Arts degree from Benedictine College in 1974. Joanne is the one who will process your insurance claim upon receiving services. In 2009,  she earned her Certified Paraoptometric Certification. This type of certification is only awarded to those who have studied the profession and passed the rigorous exam.

Brittney started at Galbrecht Eyecare in September of 2017. She previously worked at a preschool that her daughter went to for seven years. Brittney is Dr. Galbrecht's niece.

*If this is a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 and head to the nearest hospital.

Out of an abundance of caution considering the concerns surrounding the Coronavirus, we are instituting protective measures with the well-being of you and our team in mind. We will be working with one doctor and one staff member only in the office.

If you have a scheduled appointment but you have experienced a fever, cough, or shortness of breath in the preceding 48 hours, please call our office immediately so we may reschedule your appointment.

Also, if you or anyone around you has traveled in the last two weeks out of Johnson county please reschedule. Additionally, we are limiting the number of people allowed in the office at one time.

We are requesting only the patient or if the patient is a child, they may be accompanied by one adult to come to the appointments. If more than that come, we will ask that they go into our vision center inside Wal-mart.

We will continue to keep our patients’ and staff’s safety as our top priority. Thank you for your support and patience during this time!

Please note: Our Office Hours for the next 2 weeks are as follows:
